the most interesting in economics today, is that my lecturer said something that was funny, yet very true. he said, no, ADVISED, that everyone should marry upwards. He taught us this funny saying, "you can't choose who you father is, but you can definitely choose who your father-in-law would be".

and it applies to both male and female. lol.

and he kept emphasizing that he said all that not because he's not a romantic at heart, but that he's just speaking from an economist's point of view, where profits outweigh everything.

ohwell, just thought it was interesting.
